Q. Which browsers will I be able to access the U-Clock administrator website in?

A. U-Clock is built using modern web technologies and therefore is best operated in a modern browser. Our recommendations are Google Chrome, FireFox (version 10+) and Internet Explort (version 7+).

Device related questions

Q.How long do the batteries last in the devices?

A.The U-Clock device is powered by a lithium-ion battery with an average lifespan of 2 years. Please contact us if you require a replacement battery for your device.

Mobile phone / SMS related questions

Q.Why can I not use the free-to-text service when my phone has no credit?

A.Unfortunately, due to reasons outside of our control, some mobile operators prevent the sending of texts – even to free-to-text numbers – when the phone has no credit. Not all operators apply this restriction, please check with your operator for more guidance.
